Singer-songwriter Lewis Watson is back with yet another great EP, Four More Songs. Fresh out of playing the iconic Glastonbury Festival, Lewis treats us to his fourth EP, with his last (The Wild) released just 4 months ago.
The Calling singer is forever on the road, playing festivals and headline tours all around the country, and even building up a strong fan-base on the other side of the world in Australia whilst playing at venues like Sydney Opera House with Birdy earlier this year.
Four More Songs preview
Four More Songs opens with latest single Calling, my personal favourite release of Lewis’. The uplifting song about drinking with your friends and generally enjoying your youth is a slight change in direction from the usual love and heartbreak melodies, proving Lewis Watson can do more than just tug at our heartstrings.
Recently finishing yet another journey around the UK, cleverly named ‘Because The Last One Was So Great’ Tour (below), Lewis is now preparing for festival season, following up from Glastonbury last weekend he continues with Barn On The Farm in Gloucestershire this weekend coming, followed by T In The Park, Truck Festival, Bestival, and Y Not Festival. The 20 year old will also be making his Koko debut later this year, playing a headline show on November 18th (tickets here).
Four More Songs is out today.
