The cover features a nude sculpture of Lady Gaga, created by artist Jeff Koons. This links to first ARTPOP single Applause, where she sings ‘One second I’m a Koons, then suddenly the Koons is me!’, reminding us just how planned out her music and art really is.

Before posting the image on Twitter, Gaga sent out a series of tweets explaining how excited yet nervous she was to reveal the image to her Little Monsters.

ARTPOP is out November 11.

  1. After I initially commented I appear to have clicked the -Notify
me when new comments are added- checkbox and now each time a
comment is added I get 4 emails with the exact same comment.
Is there an easy method you can remove me from that service?

    Thank you!
