Manuel Martinez – No Good Love

January is well and truly over, we’re out of the blues and to start your February off right, please allow me to introduce Manuel Martinez. Having been in and out of bands for more years than he can count, the Essex-born singer-songwriter has just released his solo EP, No Good Love.

We had a little listen to the title track and can confirm that it’s what Jamie T would sound like if someone liquidised and injected Uptown Funk into his veins. Yes, it’s that good. The four-track EP bills itself as “twisted love stories for awkward romantics” and, with producer Ben Daniels lending a helping hand, we’re sure this debut effort is going to make quite an impact.

You can get your own copy of the No Good Love EP on iTunes, listen to previews here, and follow Manuel on his official Facebook page to keep up with all the latest news.
