Flower Fellow – The Rabbit

Drawing on influences such as Stevie Nicks and Lana Del Ray, comes 17-year-old Colette Olive, otherwise known by her stage name as Flower Fellow. On May 11th, the London-based singer-songwriter released her three-track EP, The Rabbit.

Opening with its title track. ‘The Rabbit’ begins with a soft, acoustic guitar before Colette’s mesmerising vocals and echoing drums take over. Catchy lyrics will have you singing “run, darling, run” until the song cuts into the folk-esque ‘The Yellow Line’. Here’s you’ll get that Steve Nicks feel.

The EP closes with one of the earlier single releases, ‘White & Blue’. There’s a Kate Nash-esque accent in Colette’s voice, accompanied by that echoing power of Lana Del Ray. You can stream ‘The Rabbit’ below:
