Indie/Rock and Folk group The Never Ending have released their first single from their anticipated debut album. ‘Secondhand’ is seemingly a love song performed acoustically but it has a little more power to it, the band writes a beautifully written note below their new single on YouTube, and explains what this song means to them.
“Falling in love is a mix of all powerful things —
Acceptance. Strength. Passion. War.
— and when these things all collide in the human heart, it becomes effervescent.
Fireworks. Volcanic explosions. Lightning strikes.
— a heart on fire.”
Throughout the video we can only see the band performing in a dark room, which some would find boring, but it’s intimate and shows off the band for what it is – talented. They’ve since gained a fan base, and now will be opening for Fifth Harmony’s Summer Reflection Tour.
Formed in 2012, The Never Ending is a fairly new band. Consistsing of Debby Ryan (vocalist), Kyle Moore (guitarist) and Johnny Franco (drummer). Their EP ‘One‘ was released in June 2014, which you can grab on iTunes.
